Elnora Bryant Ward, 93, 212 Bunche Drive, passed away Saturday in Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
She was born Sunday, April 27, 1923, in Wayne County to Henry and Esther Whitley Bryant.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Funeral Home, with Bishop Alton A. Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
Beautiful and loving memories are cherished by her children, Sheila B. Hamilton and husband, and Ernest Alexander Bryant and wife, Tonie, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. At other times, the family will receive friends at 800 Weaver St., where it will assemble in preparation for funeral procession.
