William Royce Roberts Jr., 34, 2244 Grantham School Road, Mount Olive, passed away Friday, Aug. 26, 2016, in Roanoke, Va.
Billy, as he was lovingly called by his friends and family, was born in Horry County, S.C., Dec. 24, 1981.
He spent his time working in the food industry and being with family and friends.
Billy was preceded in death by infant son, Logan Roberts, and grandparents, Buford and Janie Williams
Funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 4, 2016, at Mount Olive First Pentecostal Holiness Church, 130 Ed Edmundson Road, Mount Olive, N.C., 28365, with pastor Jeff Dail, officiating, Burial will be held at a later time.
Billy leaves to cherish his loving memories daughter, Zoe Roberts of Virginia; father, William Roberts Sr. of Mount Olive, N.C.; stepmother, Sandy Roberts of Faison, N.C.; mother, Peggy Williams of Florence, S.C.; half-brother, Hayden Roberts of Dudley, N.C.; stepbrother, Jeremy Scott of Florence, S.C.; stepsister, Brittney and husband, Cody Poston, of Florence, S.C.; and paternal grandparents, Royce and Diane Roberts of Dudley, N.C., and Chuck and Mary Ann Padgett of Warsaw, N.C.
Family will receive friends two hours prior to the service from 2 to 4 p.m. at Mount Olive First Pentecostal Holiness Church, 130 Ed Edmundson Road, Mount Olive, N.C., 28365.
Services are provided by Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service and Cremation, 1246 Hobbton Hwy., Clinton.
