Doris Penny Smith, 69, died Tuesday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be held at a later date.
She was born in New Jersey Feb. 3, 1947, to the late Robert and Doris Steeber Kelly.
She is survived by a child.
Arrangements are by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory.
