Charles Albert McAllister, 75, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Charles was born in Sharon Hill, Penn. on Jan. 9, 1941, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Albert McAllister Sr. He was a retired Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force. Charles proudly served his country in three tours during Vietnam.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 21, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church. Interment was in Westview Cemetery in Kinston.
Charles is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann Turner McAllister; children, Sandy Wheeler, Linda Ervin, Kevin Nichols, Bobby McAllister and Charles Albert McAllister III; 15 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
