Malia Deneka Carlton, 7, 1219 Porter St., died Thursday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.
Funeral will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Warsaw. Burial will be at Carlton Cemetery in Warsaw.
She was born Feb. 13, 2008, in Wayne County to Dewanna Carlton and Paul Gilmore.
Visitation will be Monday from 1 to 6 p.m., with the family present 4 to 6 p.m., at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
