WILLIAM HENRY ARMSTRONG

William Henry Armstrong, 75, 346 Lees Country Club Road, Mount Olive, passed from labor to reward Monday in Genesis Healthcare in Mount Olive.
He was born April 27, 1940, in Duplin County to William Herman and Mattie Brewington Armstrong.
Homegoing services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Holy Ghost Cathedral of Mount Olive. His daughter, the Rev. Kimberly Armstrong, will officiate. His mortal frame will be laid to rest in Jones Cemetery.
Visitation Friday from 2 to 6 p.m., with the family present to receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m., at Haskins Funeral Home. At other times, the family will receive friends at the residence, where it will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
