STEPHEN "STEVE" WILLIAM MYERS

Stephen "Steve" William Myers, 54, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2015, at home.
A service to celebrate his life will be held by the graveside Friday, Aug. 28, 2015, at noon at Pikeville Cemetery.
The family will receive friends following the service.
Steve was born in Wayne County June 15, 1961, to the late Russell William Myers Jr. and Margaret Myers.
He was an avid outdoorsman, as well as a devoted father.
He leaves to cherish his memories a son, Patrick W. Myers of Pikeville; stepmother, Maye S. Myers of Goldsboro; two brothers, Russell William Myers III and wife, Margaret, of Charlotte and David William Myers and wife, Nancy, of Raleigh; and one sister, Patrice Myers Strickland and husband, Jim, of Smyrna, N.C.
The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
