Frederick Price Fields, 63, of LaGrange, passed away Friday, July 24, 2015, at his home.
Price was born in Lenoir County June 18, 1952, to the late George and Ada Fraley Fields. He was married to the late Connie Mozingo Fields.
Price worked in construction for many years and was the owner of Price Fields Construction and Painting.
He loved fishing, but most of all his family.
Price had a wonderful sense of humor, and never took himself too seriously. He was a good friend and a great father and had a generous heart. He provided a wonderful home for his family, and gave all he could to his family and strangers alike.
A service celebrating Price's life will be held Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Rouse Funeral Home, with the Rev. Wayne Brown officiating.
The family will receive friends Tuesday following the service at Rouse Funeral Home.
Price is survived by his son, Kevin Fields, and his sister, Annabelle Taylor.
