JACQUELINE SAUNDERS CARR

Mrs. Jacqueline Saunders Carr of Peachtree City, Ga., died July 15, 2015.
Mrs. Carr was born in Goldsboro, N.C., and was a 1944 graduate of Goldsboro High School.
After graduation, she attended Mrs. Crumper's Secretarial School and worked as a secretary for Signal Radio Supply before her marriage to Gerald E. Carr of Youngstown, Ohio.
She was an active member of Evergreen Church in Peachtree City.
Mrs. Carr is survived by her husband of 65 years, Gerald Carr; two sons, Michael J. Carr and wife, Kristy, of Sanford, N.C., and Chris B. Carr and wife, Kari, of Cornelius, N.C.; daughter, Patricia Bragg and her husband, Kenneth Jr., of Peachtree City.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by a sister, Sandra Harrington of Hellertown, Pa.; a brother, Leland Garris of Portsmouth, Va.; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at Carl J. Mowell and Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City Chapel, Saturday at 4 p.m., with Dr. David Miller officiating.
Interment was at Westminster Memorial Gardens in Peachtree City.
