Anthony Ray "Tony" Baker, 36, Warsaw, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2015.
Mr. Baker was born July 15, 1978, in Wayne County, N.C.
Mr. Baker is survived by parents, Deborah and Lewis Summerlin of Warsaw; son, Marshall Baker of Warsaw; daughters, Keira Baker and Destiny Baker both of Warsaw; brothers, John Cashwell of Portage, Mich., and Robert Cashwell of Augusta, Mich.; stepbrother, James Summerlin of Wilmington; five nieces; three nephews; and biological father, Tommie Ray Baker and wife, Faye, of Willow Springs, N.C.
Mr. Baker was preceded in death by stepsister, Betty Jean Summerlin.
A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2015, at Community Funeral Home of Warsaw Inc.
Visitation will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your choice of Kenansville United Methodist Church, Beulaville United Methodist Church or Unity United Methodist Church.
