Sarah "Pat" Patricia Capps Turnage, 68, Kenly, died Wednesday at SECU Hospice House in Smithfield.
Funeral will be at Kenly Church of God at 7 p.m. Monday.
Born Sept. 26, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Jesse Paul and Sarah Hortense Wilkins Capps. She was married to Jimmy Turnage Jr.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Kenly Church of God.
