Anne Fodrie Briley, 73, passed away at her home in Pinetown on Nov. 8, 2014.
She was the only child of the late Winfield Chadwick and Ruth Latham Fodrie.
Born and raised in Greenville, Mrs. Briley attended J.H. Rose High School, East Carolina University and Shaw University.
She was privately interred on Nov. 9, 2014, beside her late husband, James Kirk Briley.
Mrs. Briley is survived by her daughters, Deborah S. Briley of Goldsboro and Terry Briley Griffin and husband, Glenn, of Stokes; two grandchildren, Joshua Chadwick Griffin and Virginia Grayson Griffin, both of Stokes; her good friends and caregivers, Tony and Bernice Garrick, of Pinetown; and her beloved boxer, Scooby.
