Truman Lofton Sr., 89, died Thursday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Goldsboro Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Cemetery on Durham Lake Road in Dudley, N.C.
He was born May 26, 1925, to the late George and Connie Mae Lofton. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rebecca Hamilton Lofton of the home, and 11 children.
Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Monday, with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m., at Hamilton Funeral Chapel. The family will assemble at 1448 Claridge Nursery Road at 10 a.m. in preparation for the processional.
Arrangements are by Hamilton Funeral Chapel.
