SUDIE P. LEE

Sudie Bee Potter Lee, 83, lifelong resident of the Mount Olive area, went to be with the Lord Wednesday night, Nov. 5, 2014.
Services will be held Friday, Nov. 7, at 7 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home, officiated by the Rev. Donald Massey and Bishop Ralph Parker, and followed by visitation. Burial will be Saturday, Nov. 8, at 11 a.m. at Maplewood Cemetery.
Friends and family are being received at the home of Alicia Pettit Clemens, 394 Thunder Swamp Road, Mount Olive.
Daughter of the late Brownie and Dora Moody Potter and widow of Elton James Lee, she was a member of Mount Olive Church of God of Prophecy Worship Center.
She had been a homemaker, had been employed with Cannon's Café and had provided child care for area children.
She is survived by a brother and three sisters-in-law, Bobby and Sadie Potter of Mount Olive, Emma Potter of Dudley and Shirley Potter Freeman of Deep Run, and the families of her deceased siblings, Maybelle P. Royall, Nonal Lee P. Pettit, Vernon Potter and Lionel Potter.
Sudie B. had been a resident of Genesis Health Care in Mount Olive for the last several years, and her family wishes to thank its staff for the love and care it provided for her during her stay. The family also conveys appreciation to the staffs of Kitty Askins Hospice Center and 3-HC for the compassion and end of life care they so graciously gave.
