Charles Martin "Chuck" Lockamy Jr., 50, Goldsboro, passed away Sunday, Sept. 28, 2014.
Mr. Lockamy was born Sept. 26, 1964, in Sampson County to Charles Lockamy Sr. and the late Sandra Sue Lanier Lockamy.
In addition to his father, Mr. Lockamy is survived by brother, Troy Lockamy; uncle, Scotty Lockamy and wife, Rebecca; and grandmother, Virginia Veach all of Warsaw.
A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014, in Devotional Gardens Mausoleum Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pet Friends of Duplin, P.O. Box 152, Wallace, N.C., 28466.
