Jimmy Ballard Aycock, 66, Pikeville, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014, at his home surrounded by his family.
Jimmy was born in Wayne County Sept. 11, 1947, to the late Royal and Inez Toler Aycock.
He had retired from Electrolux.
The family will receive friends Thursday, Sept. 11, 2014, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at 2:30 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery, Fremont, N.C., with the Rev. Billy Toler officiating.
Jimmy is survived by his wife, Judy Ward Aycock; daughter, Melissa Hinnant of Pikeville; son, Chris Aycock of Pikeville; granddaughter, Blake Hinnant; and brother Bryant Aycock and wife, Katherine, of Pikeville.
