Robert Carroll Best, 88, Warsaw, died Tuesday at Carolina East Hospice Care Center in Kenansville.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Warsaw Baptist Church. Burial will be in Devotional Gardens.
He was born Jan. 29, 1926, in Duplin County to the late Claude Burbanke Best and Annie Mae Carroll Best. He was married to Mattie Herring Best.
He is survived by three sons and four daughters.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Warsaw Baptist Church.
