Dannette Vanessa Ward Cox, 47, died Saturday at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Stevens AME Zion Church in Warsaw. Burial will be in Scott's Store Cemetery.
She was married to Kevin Cox.
She is survived by two children.
Visitation will be tonight from 5 to 7. The family will assemble at 302 Bennett Bridge Road in Mount Olive at 9 a.m. for the funeral procession.
Arrangements are by Hamilton Funeral Chapel.
