Richard Lee Lewis Jr., 67, 1802 Beech St., died at home Thursday.
Funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Pentecostal Holy Church. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery with military honors.
He was born Nov. 30, 1946, in Wayne County to Richard Lee and Lottie Edwards Lewis Sr.
He is survived by his wife and children.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 1 to 7 p.m., with the family present from 6 to 7, in J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
