Kenneth Ray Peterson, 58, Newport, died Thursday at home.
Funeral was Saturday at 3 p.m. at Cape Carteret Baptist Church, with the Rev. Brad Smith officiating. A service will also be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Johnston Union Free Will Baptist Church in Clayton.
Visitation will be from 1:30 to 2 p.m.
Arrangements are by Munden Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. in Morehead City and Smith-Holloway Memorial Funeral Services LLC.
