Courtney Rose Farr, 3-month old daughter of Kenneth Wayne Farr and Christine Renee Williams, passed away Saturday morning at her residence.
A service to celebrate her life will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Emmaus Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Willoughby officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour following the services.
In addition to her parents Courtney is survived by a brother, Ean McVay Locklear; grandparents, Nancy Potter of Eden, N.C., Kenneth Wayne Farr of Lakeland, Fla., Shirley Farr of Lakeland, Fla., and Hope Diane and James Earl Hammond of Dayton, Tenn; great grandparents, Frances Strickland of Mount Olive, N.C. and Bob and Marie Andrews of Dayton, Tenn., a great great grandmother, Lenora Smith of Mount Olive, N.C.; and many aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by a grandfather, Herbert Albert Williams, and a great-grandfather, David Potter.
