Douglas "Sandy" Lee, 65, 804 Olivia Lane, died Tuesday at LifeCare Hospital in Rocky Mount.
Funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. William Waters officiating. Burial will be in Carver Cemetery.
Born in Johnston County, he was the son of Mary Lee Baker and the late James Albert Lee.
Four children survive.
Visitation will be Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home chapel, with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m. At other times, the family will receive friends at 203 Rollingwood Drive in Dudley.
