CECILIA KING FINISON

SNOW HILL -- Cecilia King Finison, 63, Davis Road, went to be with her Lord and savior Wednesday morning, July 24, 2013, at Duke University Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 26, 2013, at 6 p.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro, with pastor Al Sullivan officiating.
The family will receive friends afterward.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 27, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Midgett-Davis Family Cemetery in Sneads Ferry.
Mrs. Finison was born in Onslow County June 30, 1950, to Mollie Davis King of Sneads Ferry and the late Rev. William Robert King.
She was a member of Jerusalem United Methodist Church in Snow Hill.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by three daughters, Rexann Durham and husband, Doug, of Zebulon, Amy Bullock of Snow Hill and Marsha Renee Poole and husband, Joey, of Goldsboro; a son, Lt. Jason Finison and wife, Claudia, of Virginia; a brother, Skipper King and wife, Rhonda, of Council, N.C., and four grandchildren, Ali, Lanie, Macy and Boadie.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Finison.
Although flowers are welcome, memorial contributions may be directed to the American Heart Association in memory of Cecilia.
The family is being served by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
