MOUNT OLIVE -- Ronald "Ron" L. Smith, 62, of 220 E. Pollock Street, died Sunday at Lenoir Memorial Hospital, Kinston.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at The Place of Refuge Ministries, 616 S. Slocumb St., with Pastor Gregory Jones Sr. and Pastor Terry Jones officiating.
There will be a viewing on Saturday at The Place Of Refuge Ministries from 9 to 11 a.m.
He was born on October 30, 1950, in Trenton, N.J.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Smith of the home and his children.
Arrangements are by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
