Helen Marie Nethercutt Lewis, 86, died at Hillside Nursing Home in Wake Forest.
Funeral will be noon Saturday at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
She was born in Lenoir County on Sept. 2, 1926, to the late Herman and Sarah Philyaw Nethercutt.
She is survived by one son and four daughters.
