DORIS JEAN PEMBERTON

Doris Jean Pemberton, 69, of 118 Daly Blvd., Mount Olive, passed away Sunday at her residence.
She was born April 13, 1944, to James E. and Virgina Pemberton in Duplin County.
Ms. Pemberton will be funeralized Saturday at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Calypso with the Rev. Anthony Ezzell officiating. Interment will follow at Carver Memorial Park, Mount Olive.
Her memory is cherished by her children, LaVernon L. Pemberton, Timothy O. Pemberton and Beverly Pemberton all of Mount Olive; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation is Friday from 2 to 5 p.m. at Haskins Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the church, and at other times at the residence, where they will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
