DELAWARE -- Thomas Earl Foster, 61, formerly of Goldsboro, died Wednesday in Nanticoka Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at St. Stephens Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Andre Elliott Jr. officiating. Burial will be in St. Matthews Church Cemetery in LaGrange.
He is survived by his wife and five children.
Visitation will be an hour prior to the service at the church.
The family will receive friends at 1411 Herring St., where it will assemble in preparation for the funeral service.
Arrangements are by Haskins Funeral Home.
