Emmitt E. Jones, 72, died Sept. 27, 2012.
He was the son of the late Emmitt and Ada Jones of the Rosewood community.
He is survived by a daughter, Robin, with whom he lived; a son, Cliff, of Greenville; and a brother, Edward, of Pahrump, Nev. He is also survived by four sisters, Bernice Davis of Jacksonville, Fla., and Eloise Newsome, Louise Grant and Lowrise Howell and husband, Norwood Howell, of the Rosewood Community.
