MARGARET T. PARRISH

LAGRANGE -- Margaret Taylor Parrish, 81, LaGrange, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2012.
Margaret was born July 4, 1931, in Greene County to the late Needham and Dora Hinson Taylor.
She was a member of Walnut Creek Original Free Will Baptist Church, and enjoyed being a caregiver to her family.
A service of remembrance will be held Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012, at 7 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home, with the Rev. Tony McLamb officiating. Interment will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery.
Margaret is survived by her husband, Walter Emmitt Parrish, and a sister, Alma Rhee Hamm of Snow Hill.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by three siblings, Tiny Worrell, Ralph Taylor and Dick Taylor.
The family will receive friends Thursday following the service, and at other times they will be at the home.
