Geralleen Beasley, 65, passed away Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Born in Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late William Henry and Gladys Carter Grady, and was the wife of Rommie Beasley.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, with pastor A. J. Smith officiating. Burial will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in Pineview Cemetery.
Family members will greet friends Wednesday following the service.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Beasley is survived by three daughters, Cindy Grady Maready of Seven Springs, Sharon Lynn Beasley of Seven Springs and Rhonda McLamb and husband, Clarence, of Sneads Ferry; five grandchildren, Amanda Hall, Candace Hall, Krystal Fletcher and husband, Kevin, Joshua McLamb and Sara Geralleen Beasley; and six great-grandchildren, Nicholas Jay Hall, Brian "Scott" Womble, Nathaniel Isaiah McLamb, Hunter Lee Mooring, Harleigh Grace Fletcher and Harmony Love Mooring; a sister, Louise Williams of Mount Olive; and a sister-in-law, Polly Grady of Goldsboro.
