FAISON -- Edgar Armwood Sr., 88, of 124 Eva Weeks Lane, died Monday at Mary Gran Nursing Center.
Funeral services will be held today at 3 p.m. at Bethlehem Disciples Church, 8890 Hobbton Highway, Clinton, with Dr. Henry Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Armwood Cemetery.
Born in Sampson County, he was the son of the late Almond and Hepsie Jane Armwood.
Six children survive.
Viewing was held Saturday from 4 until 7 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home Chapel.
