KENANSVILLE -- Jeffery Todd Wellington, 39, died Sunday, May 20.
He is survived by three children, Holly Rogers and husband, Matt, of Bartow, Fla., and Skyler Wellington and Sterling Wellington both of Kenansville; mother, Alice Harrell Baumann of Kenansville; father, James E. "Jimmy" Wellington of Mount Olive; paternal grandmother, Bernice B. Wellington of Mount Olive; sisters, Jamie Wellington Smith and husband, Buddy, of Kenansville, and Jessica Wellington of Sacramento, Calif.; half-brother, Eddie Brown of Newton Grove; and a granddaughter, Kylie Little of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Carl Baumann; his paternal grandfather, Rodney Wellington; and his maternal grandparents, Wilbur and Margaret Harrell.
Private services will be held at Wayne Memorial Park.
The body will lie in state at Tyndall Funeral Home during regular business hours Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning.
