DUDLEY -- William Nelson Justice, 64, died Wednesday evening, April 25, at Goldsboro's Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
He was a native of Duplin County, and was a retired truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Whitley Justice, and a brother, Gene Justice.
Nelson is survived by his mother, Bessie Mae Foss Justice, now a resident of Mount Olive Care and Rehab Center in Mount Olive; a sister and brother-in-law, Donna and James Hoggard of Dudley; a brother and two sisters-in-law, David and Gail Justice of Ivanhoe and Betty Justice of Kenly; and a special niece, Tammy Cartagena.
Funeral services will be held by the graveside Saturday, April 28, at 11 a.m. at the Devotional Gardens in Warsaw. Officiating will be the Rev. Shelton Justice.
Flowers are welcome, or memorial gifts may be made to the local SPCA.
Tyndall Funeral Home in Mount Olive is handling the arrangements.
