Robert Harold Coutts Jr., 29, died Tuesday.
Born in Wayne County, he was the son of Robert H. Sr. and Diane Coutts of the home.
A service to celebrate the life of Robert will be held Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church, with Dr. Glenn Phillips officiating.
Family members will greet friends Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall prior to the service.
In addition to his parents, Robert is survived by his sisters, Melissa Turner and her husband, Elliott, of Pikeville and Linley Coutts of the home; his maternal grandparents, Al and Pat Wells of Goldsboro; his paternal grandmother, Cleo Coutts of North Dakota; and his best friend, John Ashley Hines of Mount Olive.
