Reginal "Peanut" Kornegay, 50, 2107 Day Circle Drive, died Saturday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. John Elliott officiating. Interment will be in Oak View Cemetery in Mount Olive.
He was born in Wayne County Jan. 29, 1961, to James Kornegay and the late Betty Hill Kornegay.
Visitation will be Wednesday at McIntyre Funeral Home from 2 to 6 p.m. to sign the register book only.
