KINSTON -- Raymond Bernard "Bernie" Rackley Sr., 79, died Saturday.
Funeral will be tonight at 7 at Rouse Funeral Home, with pastor Vito Bisogno officiating. Interment will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
He was born Jan. 4, 1932, in Pender County to the late Lewis Thomas Rackley and Norma Costin Rackley. He was married to Lila Wells Rackley.
He is survived by four children.
Visitation will be tonight following the service, and at other times at the home.
