James "Dick" Best Jr., 85, of Rains Mill Road, Princeton, died Thursday afternoon at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today, at Crossroads Primitive Baptist Meeting House, 788 Edwards Road, Princeton, with Elder Jimmy Aycock officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Best was the son of the late Henry and Inez Capps Best. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Jones Best, and two daughters
The family received friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Saturday Casey Funeral Home Chapel.
