Ms. Phoebe Annette Moore, 64, 511 Denmark St., died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A celebration of her life will be held Sunday, July 17, 2011, at 2 p.m. at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 901 Harris St., Goldsboro, N.C., with the Rev. Mary Reese as eulogist. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery on Martin Luther King Blvd.
The public may sign the register book at Hamilton Funeral Chapel, 423 S. James St., Goldsboro, N.C., Saturday, July 16, 2011, from 1 to 5 p.m.
She is survived by her sister, Ms. Rosalinde Moore of the home; two nephews, Marcus Dominique Moore and Wyatt Anthony Moore both of the home; and her adopted parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joel Silver of Goldsboro, N.C.
