Sheila Wade Bonds, 45, of Princeton, died Friday after a nine year battle with cancer.
A service celebrating her life will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, June 12, at First Christian Church in Goldsboro.
She was born Aug. 13, 1965, and was the daughter of Clemmie Wade Gainey and the late Cecil Elmore Wade.
She is survived by her husband, Michael K. Bonds; mother, Clemmie Howell Gainey of Lillington; brothers, Raymond Wade of Kinston and Richard Wade of Kinston; sister, Elizabeth McNeill of Lillington; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Pennies from Angels, c/o Southeastern Medical Oncology, 203 Cox Blvd., Goldsboro, NC 27530.
