DUDLEY -- James Franklin Bell, 71, Lincoln Drive, died Monday at home.
Funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home in Goldsboro. Burial will be at Wayne Memorial Park.
He was born in Wayne County Jan. 6, 1940, to the late James Henry Bell and Ella Dean Brewington Bell. He was married to Betty Bell.
He is survived by three children.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Friday at 10 a.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory.
