MADIE W. SMITH
Homegoing celebration for Mrs. Madie W. Smith, 1302 9th St., will be held Monday at 12 noon at Greenleaf Christian Church, with pastor William Barber II officiating.
She is survived by her husband, William J. "Skin" Smith, and four children, Brenda F. (Johnny) Thompson, William H. (Jackie) Smith, Sharon (Leonard) Harvey and Tanya S. Smith.
Visitation will be Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Greenleaf Christian Church, with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m.
The family will receive friends at the residence, where it will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
