DUDLEY -- Ray Summerlin, 52, of Dudley died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Duplin County to the late Ira Randolph and Myra Whitfield Summerlin, and was married to Teresa Ann Capps Summerlin.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 7 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, with the Rev. James Spencer officiating.
The family will be receiving friends immediately following the memorial service.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, David Lee Tucker and Brandon Ray Summerlin, both of the home.
