ROBERT A. 'BOB' GUYTON

DUDLEY -- Robert A. "Bob" Guyton, 53, Dudley, died Wednesday at University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill.
Born in New Hanover County, he was the son of Robert L. Guyton of Wilmington and the late Emily Amerson Guyton.
Bob was retired from the United States Air Force, and was the owner of the Goldsboro Antique Mall.
He was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Mount Olive.
A memorial mass will be held Saturday, Sept. 4, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Goldsboro. Family members will greet friends Saturday morning from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.
In addition to his father and stepmother, Alice Guyton; Bob is survived by his wife, Elaine Guyton; a daughter, Katie Guyton of Boone and her fiancé, Nathan Smith, along with their daughter, Charlotte Elaine Smith; two sons, Adam Guyton and wife, Rebekah, of Dudley and Michael Bleyer of Goldsboro; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Steven L. and Ann Guyton of DeBary, Fla., and Lee West of Charlotte.
