Remona Ann Davis McIver, 61, 803 Robinson Place, departed this life June 27 at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Her life and service to God and mankind will be celebrated Friday at 11:30 a.m. at Bear Creek Headquar-ters, 1800 Slocumb St., with the Rev. Aaron Jarmon officiating. Her mortal frame will be laid to rest in Wayne Memorial Park.
Precious memories are cherished by her devoted husband, Kenneth McIver of the home; her children, Violet Davis Sutton of LaGrange and Tedarlyra (Daryl) McIver of Goldsboro; grandson, Harold M. Sutton Jr.; goddaughter, Cassandra Pearsall; sisters, Dorothy Davis Howell of Goldsboro and Mary Davis (Rhemus) Stanley of Kinston; mother-in-law, Lettie McIver of Deep Run; sisters-in-law, Della Coleman of Kinston, Rudy Fullwood and Voncetta Jones of Deep Run; and brothers-in-law, Milton McIver of Kinston and Dr. Larry McIver of Phoenix, Ariz.
Visitation Thursday from 2 to 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends, where they will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
