John Wesley Lewis, 55, 901 N. Carolina St., died Thursday at home.
Funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro.
He is survived by his wife, Vickie Tigs-Lewis, and three children.
Visitation will be Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
The family will receive friends at 603 Whitfield Drive, and they will assemble at the funeral home Thursday at 10:45 a.m. in preparation for the funeral service.
