Kimberly Anne McQuillan, 39, died Thursday at O'Berry Center.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home. Burial will take place in Honolulu, Hawaii, at a later date.
Kimberly was born in Marin County, Calif., on March 12, 1970, to Cyril McAlpine McQuillan Jr. and Carol Sue McQuillan.
In addition to her parents, Kimberly is survived by her sister, Jennifer McQuillan; her niece, Sarah Irene Anderson; her aunts, Nodjya Arrasmith and Alex Larson; and her uncle, Mike McQuillan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the O'Berry Center Foundation, P.O. Box 1157, Goldsboro, N.C. 27530.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4 until 6 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
