VIRGINIA KEEN ORMOND

Virginia Keen Ormond, 79, of Mercer St., Princeton, died Friday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center of Goldsboro.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2009, at Casey Funeral Home, with the Revs. Dennis Pollock, Jimmy Lambert, and Randy Anderson officiating.
She was born Aug. 5, 1930, to the late Edgar and Verdie Westbrook Keen. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Buddy Keen and J. P. Keen. Mrs. Ormond was the wife of William Earl Ormond and was co-owner of Ormond Sales and Service.
She is survived by her husband, William Earl Ormond; sons, Eddie Ormond and wife, Renea, of Princeton, Kirk Ormond of the home; daughters, Sherry Worley and husband, James, of Princeton, Ginger Massengill and husband, Mark, of Princeton; brother, Eugene Keen of Rosewood; sister, Leona Keen Morris of Hemingway, S.C.; eight grandchildren, Jay Worley, Janna W. Davenport, Rodney Ormond, Suzanne O. Bagley, Samantha D. Grimes, Savanna Massengill, Macy Massengill and Dalton Massengill; four great-grandchildren, Autumn Bagley, Avery E. Ormond, Jayce Davenport and Preslee Davenport.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 9, 2009, at Casey Funeral Home.
