Alma Prince Fricke, 87, a resident of the Sterling House, passed away Saturday afternoon at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Willow Dale Cemetery, with the Rev. Jerry Mitchell officiating. The family will greet friends following the service by the graveside.
Alma is survived by her daughters, Alma D. "Sis" Perkovich of Goldsboro and Janice F. Evans and husband, John W. Evans, of New Bern; her sons, Joseph Prince Fricke of Charleston, S.C., and Richard S. Fricke and wife, Mary O. Fricke, of Goldsboro; and four grandchildren, Thomas Daniel Perkovich, Corey E. Baysden, Christine M. Fricke and Bradley S. Fricke.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in her memory to Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, N.C., 27534.
The family would like to express a special thanks to the staff of the Sterling House and Kitty Askins Hospice Center for the love and care shown to their mother during her declining health. May God bless each of you in a special way.
