Dawn Mozingo Thomas, 34, of Goldsboro, passed away Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009 at her home.
A service of remembrance will be held Monday, Sept. 28, 2009 at 7 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home with the Rev. Gerald Fowler officiating. Interment will Tuesday at 11 a.m. from Fairview Cemetery.
Dawn graduated from Eastern Wayne High School and Wayne Community College. She was a registered nurse working with Pitt Memorial Hospital and was preceded in death by her father, Edward Gerald Mozingo.
Dawn is survived by her mother and step-father, Margie and Robert Creech of LaGrange; a special cousin, Barbara Gray of LaGrange; and two special friends, Jessica Gay and Sekenna Wooten.
The family will receive friends Monday following the service of remembrance and at other times they will be at the home of Margie and Robert Creech, 3083 New Hope Road, LaGrange. Online condolences may be expressed at www.rousefh.com.
