Cleo Taylor Reeves, 87, died Thursday morning at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Reeves was born in Wayne County to the late John and Laura Smith Taylor. She was married for 62 years to the late John Raymond Reeves. Mrs. Reeves was a retired real estate agent and was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Thurman Horney and the Rev. Joann Turner officiating. Entombment will be at Wayne Memorial Park.
Mrs. Reeves is survived by her daughters, Sandra Reeves of Goldsboro and Debbie Davis and husband, Clift, of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Matt Davis and wife, Kelli, of Wilmington, Todd Eason and wife, Beth, of Wilmington, Brian Davis of Wilmington, and Amanda Cwiakala and husband, Chris, of Goldsboro; and her great-grandchildren, Ivey Wade, Chase Davis and Jayde Cwiakala.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to St. Judes Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn. 38105 or the Salvation Army, 610 N. William St., Goldsboro, 27534 or the American Red Cross, 600 N. George St., Goldsboro, 27530.
The family will receive friends Saturday following the service at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at 226 S. Hillcrest Drive.
